San Francisco Beautiful's mission to "assure that the city retains and enhances its unique and memorable sense of place, balance and diversity as a beautiful, livable, green and vibrant urban center." Trish Loucks is wearing a black strapless gown with a beautiful black tulle shrug. Sharon Seto, Chair of San Francisco Beautiful's Inaugural Masquerade Soiree, is in a bubbling ball of pink tulle. Her gown is one shoulder, and has a jeweled belt as well as jewels at the shoulder. Leigh Wasson, Global Market Manager, Citigroup Private Bank, is wearing a sleek black sequin gown with duchess panels at the bust. Amy Millman, Managing Director of the Bank of New York Mellon, is wearing a black strapless gown with sequins at the bust and a beautiful sequin flower. The bustier of the gown is fitted and the skirt is full with black organza ruffles.
